What does your design process look like?

  • #process
  • #design

Every engagement runs through the same four calm stages:

  1. Discover — a short call plus a written brief. I ask about your users, your constraints and what success looks like in numbers.
  2. Define — I map the flows and share a written plan with milestones before any pixels move.
  3. Design — weekly async previews (Figma), one live review per week, feedback collected in one shared document.
  4. Deliver — a tidy handoff: design system file, tokens, annotated specs and a recorded walkthrough for your engineers.

No surprise pivots: scope is written down, and changes go through a light change-request so the timeline stays honest.
