Day 1 — Starting the calm dashboard redesign

Today I kicked off the Calm Dashboard redesign. Spent the morning reading the 200+ support tickets tagged "where do I find X?" — the pattern is clear: the IA is broken, not the visual design. Users do not need bigger buttons; they need a saner information hierarchy.

Tomorrow: 3 user interviews. I want to hear how they describe what they are looking for, in their own words.
